Starting in September, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself in a senior environment. To make your internship as challenging as possible, we have a wide range of activities in which you can immerse yourself under excellent supervision of course!

Join our dynamic team as a Total Rewards Intern! Dive into a stimulating environment where you'll work alongside passionate professionals on a wide array of Compensation & Benefits initiatives. Spend 2 - 6 months gaining invaluable experience while contributing to our mission of becoming the Employer of Choice in our industry!

As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to delve into various topics within Compensation & Benefits, helping to shape our organization's strategies for attracting and retaining top talent. From conducting market research to designing innovative benefit programs, your role will be instrumental in driving positive change.

Some potential topics for your internship could include:

Market Analysis: Researching industry trends and benchmarking compensation packages to ensure competitiveness. Employee Engagement: Developing Rewards & Recognition initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Benefits Optimization: Evaluating current benefit offerings and recommending improvements to meet the diverse needs of our workforce. Equity: Assisting in the development and implementation of Equity initiatives within our compensation and benefits framework. Compliance: Learning about legal requirements and best practices in Compensation & Benefits administration.

What you bring
To be successful in this internship you are:

o Pursuing a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources or similar at an Academic University.

o Enthusiastic and motivated;

o Accurate, critical and structured;

We offer you!

Besides an internship in which you can make a difference, we offer academic University students pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree an appropriate internship fee of €550 euro per month based on 40 hours per week, a laptop, but also the possibility to work hybrid after a successful onboarding.
