Your Key Responsibilities

• SAP Quality Complaints system.
• ISA and TUV audit management and support for region.
• Collaborate with and provide advice to staff and management in QM-related topics and provide respective trainings.
• Active participation in new Digital initiatives like CAQ, Mendix, Data Roboto and AR/VR.
• Identify area for improvement for Digital Quality Dashboard and Monitoring systems.
• Support following existing digitalization tools for set up, roll out and operator training.
  • DRM - Digital (first piece) release management
  • COSP - Control of suspect parts. Identify hold areas and set up COSP mobile stations in the plant
  • Procella - Set up in process quality inspection with as much automation as possible with digital gages
  • Ebinder – All Controlled documents to be linked to ebinder
  • LPA audit- Revise and maintain LPA questions especially audits related to EQS
  • MES scrap recording- Roll- out and operator training support
  • APiS IQFMEA – Excel Control Plans to be converted to APiS format and linked to FMEA

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Equivalent
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office packages
• Proficient in learning new software e.g QS-Stat, Sharepoint etc.
• Strong communication skills (written, presentation)
• Experience working in functional and cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, multi-tasking and work independently
• Strong project management skills
• Analytical thinking skills
• Goal and results oriented
