Qualifications
- Less than high school.
- Less than one year experience in food service.
- Minimal legal age for consideration is 16.
Responsibilities
- Processes standard recipes for preparation of all food.
- Prepares and delivers quality products and established portions on schedule.
- Checks equipment and work area to ensure cleanliness and sanitation are maintained in accordance with regulations.
- Maintains daily records including information on patients/residents meals, cafeteria meals, meals on wheels, special events, and temperatures.
- Operates a variety of kitchen equipment
