Location: 201 Abraham Flexner Way Suite 102 Louisville, KY 40202

Shift Options: PRN Hours will vary based on need between the hours of 7:30 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday

UofL Health – Frazier Rehab Sports offers unique services to athletes at all levels – professional, semi-professional, collegiate, high school – and the community’s weekend warriors. Frazier Rehab Sports is the official rehab provider for University of Louisville Cardinal Athletics and club sports, Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC professional and youth soccer clubs and fourteen local high school athletic programs.

 

Responsibilities

The rehab tech provides a support role in the delivery of therapy services.  This includes preparation and cleaning of the department and treatment area.  The rehab aide may also prepare the patient for treatment, as directed by the therapist or therapist assistant.  In addition, the rehab aide serves in the role as office coordinator when requested by the Manager/Supervisor/Director.  Finally, the rehab aide functions as an effective team member and contributes to the development and achievement of department and organizational goals and objectives.  

Qualifications

Education:   High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Required Experience:  Six months patient care experience in a health care facility preferred, CPR/BLS required
