What you’ll be doing:

  • Use broad background and experience to determine business opportunities that exist within the overall compliance program. Direct and assist cross functional teams in developing and executing long term solutions.
  • Assist Compliance Manager with training curriculum for Compliance Analysts. Provide training to internal and external customers regarding stocked compliance and supply chain processes.  Initiate timeboxed improvement exemptions to drive improved vendor performance. 
  • Manage vendor compliance review meetings, research compliance issues, and provide corrective direction for resolution. Negotiate exemptions and reversals based on vendor performance and capabilities. 
  • Monitor program performance and make recommendations for adjustments. Manage resulting Routing Guide updates including legal approval and cross-functional changes. 
  • Support Sr. Management, SRM’s, Inventory Managers, Merchants, and Finance with data extracts and analysis to enable informed decision making and support documentation.
  • Proactive management for global vendor exemptions related to unavoidable transportation delays, Holiday closures & weather-related issues to prevent penalties and resulting rework loops.

  • Detail oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

 

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business or related field

  • Bachelor’s Degree
