Business Process Management Senior Specialist

<p>Reporting to the Head of Change Management, the Business Process Management Senior Specialist is responsible toprovide BPM services and deliverables to support the delivery of Business initiatives and the overall Company performance. </p><p></p><p><strong>Main Accountabilities</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Designs, reengineers and drafts Company’s processes, ensuring that the outcomes are in line with the strategic goal of the Company and that they improve the overall ability of the company to achieve its business goals and objectives</li> <li>Ensures an optimal BPM documentation management across Company’s units</li> <li>Lead Process improvement projects and participate in overall Company’s optimization projects with the BPM capacity</li> <li>Supports in designing new operating models to deliver strategic change and improve Company agility</li> <li>Supports and identifies operating model, process and policy simplification and standardisation opportunities where required</li> <li>Identifies &amp; assesses digital solutions &amp; applications required to achieve strategic goals &amp; capture new opportunities</li> <li>Works with employees at all levels of the Company, as well as across all Businesses, on functional objectives and assessing the current processes performed within and among functional areas which support these objectives</li> <li>Liaises with the Business/IT in order to identify the business needs and designs the innovative processes as required</li> <li>Contributes towards solving process-related challenges that the Company may encounter</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li> Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science at an accredited university</li> <li> 3 to 5 years of Business Process Management within the Financial industry or Consulting industry with focus on operational improvement projects</li> <li>Project Management Certification (PMP), BPMN or Six Sigma Certification / green belt, Certification in Business Analysis will be considered a plus</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.</li> <li>Advanced skills in MS Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Competences </strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to act in a confidential manner</li> <li>Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work</li> <li>Result-Orientation</li> <li>Proactivity &amp; Can-Do attitude</li> </ul>
