Senior Manager, Nutrition Marketing (Remote)

The Nutrition Marketing Manager role will be part of the Regional Business Unit Marketing team and partners with the Global Marketing team to lead regionalization of plans, campaigns, and tactical execution.
This role will be instrumental in driving Americas region market strategy in alignment with the global business, market segment, product line, and pricing strategies of the Capsules and Health Ingredients division.
Scope of the role includes comprehensive market analysis (segmentation, competition, differentiation, campaign effectiveness, etc.), positioning, budgeting, and go-to-market execution (channel selection and execution, including digital, support of sales and other commercial activities, etc.) for CHI Nutrition, Ingredients, and Dosage Form Solutions (DFS) products and services within the Nutrition, Supplements, and Ingredients target market segment.
This professional also collaborates with major Nutrition and Ingredients customers and helps build inputs and reviews with the global stakeholders as well as internal BU leads within the regions. This can include structured voice of customer reviews, industry organization collaborations, supporting internal cross-functional and global customer support strategies, etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Analyze forward-looking market trends in the Nutrition and Ingredients markets through external and internal data sources and develop market analysis and profiling.
- Analyze and interpret customer needs to identify current and future opportunity spaces, paying close attention to high potential growth sub-segments of the Nutrition market.
- He/she will also establish a solid relationship with key Nutrition customer stakeholders to gather insights on customer need patterns & aid in the development of innovative ways for generating demand.
- Competitor monitoring, including competitive response profiles.
- Coordinate efforts with the Global Marketing team and follow its framework from the Global Marketing team.
- Partner with Product Management
- The Marketing Manager will take the lead in the successful introduction of new products and solutions in the region, in coordination with the Product Management team, working closely with the regional Business Development, Sales, and Quality & Regulatory functions.
- Establish and support regional commercial excellence practices for the product launch pipeline in conjunction with global Product Management and R&D functions.
- Provide regional specific product intelligence to the global product management, pricing, and R&D teams.
- Supports the regional S&OP process by sharing the market perspective on the demand side.
- Value Proposition
- Drive consistency in market segmentation and sub-segments with the global framework as well as aid in creating the value proposition (including clear differentiation and right to win with customers) through region and sub region customer needs mapping.
- This position will partner with the Americas Marketing Leader to convey CHI’s global value proposition and key product and service offering to customers, the industry, and other stakeholders through digital and experiential marketing in the Americas region.
- Content & Promotion
- Monitor the success of products on the market through key metrics and reporting in collaboration with the global team.
- Execute promotional efforts through established and new Go-to-Market strategies.
- Execute customer-facing events and activities in the region for the nutrition market segment.
- Support the development and lead the deployment of global marketing content for the Americas nutrition market.
- Training
- Lead & coordinate all product-related training to internal salesforce to equip them with the relevant tools in collaboration with the global team
Key requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or related field required
- 5 -10 years Marketing experience within Healthcare, Pharma, or Nutraceutical industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Digital Marketing experience
