Here at Holman, our Human Resources representatives are key advocates for our employees and proponents of our company culture. While they are directly responsible for local Human resources administrative tasks and implementation of Holman policies, their value is in their consultative abilities. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Utilize various HR software systems such as UKG to track and manage candidate information
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict management
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs
- Process timekeeping and assist in accurate and timely payment to employees
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions on HR topics for employees and managers
- Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Works directly with the Division and General Manager to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on HR-related compliance matters
- Conducts local investigations under the direction of the HR Director
- Participates on committees and special projects as needed when time allows
- Performs all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards
- Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong knowledge of HR software systems such as UKG and Kronos
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SHRM-CP, or PHR preferred
