Arbors Management Inc. is looking for experienced Maintenance workers who are skilled in various building maintenance trades. Pay is $24.00 per hour and includes a generous benefits package. Various locations available in the Pittsburgh area.
Desired skills for the Maintenance position include:
- Drywall hang and repair
- Plumbing (toilets, soldering, drains, etc.)
- Electrical (outlets, lights, breakers, etc)
- Grounds maintenance (general cleaning, trash removal and outside maintenance)
Requirements:
- Driver’s license, insurance and personal transportation
- Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Able to cover on-call hours with other maintenance staff
