Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Ensure Scrum ceremonies (e.g., stand ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, etc.) are executed properly, driving squad to develop and deploy faster
• Support Agile Coach in educating the team and executing Agile best practices, promoting self-organization and driving toward high-functioning teams
• Eliminates blockers and external interferences to development progress
• Helps Product Manager maintain the product backlog and holds BTA accountable to defining stories at the right level
• Supports Product Manager in defining Definition of Done (DoD) for the product
• Reports to the Product Manager and owns reporting and communication of scrum progress
• Participates in scrum of scrums with other Product Teams and initiative leadership for initiatives their Squad is actively working on
• Addresses issues with their process and holds the squad to quality
• Captures squad velocity and supports squad improvement
• Maintains and cleans up JIRA in alignment with best practices.
