Psychotherapist

Conducts multi-axial diagnostic assessment, determines clinical interventions, facilitates crisis intervention and short term therapy and provides education for clients and their families. Communicates effectively verbally and in writing with interdisciplinary team and external support systems. Participates in the development and implementation of the treatment and discharge plan. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member. Maintains a caseload with billable client contact of 75% of FTE.

Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field. Two years supervised therapy experience in mental health including diagnostic assessment, individual, group and family therapy. Preferred: Clinical experience with the population to be served. (i.e. Eating Disorders, Senior Population, etc.)Basic computer skills. Demonstrates knowledge of age and developmental issues specific to the population treated.
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance. Available to work one evening a week. 
Active MN license as a LP, LPCC, LPC, LMFT or LICSW.
