Are you someone that has very strong leadership skills and has been in technical sales and services in the past?  Do you stay current with learning and performance support trends and have experience weaving those trends into your team?  Are you able to set the strategic vision and operational direction for an ever evolving and growing learning team?  Are you fantastic at forming relationships and communicating with business stakeholders at all levels of an organization?  Are you prepared to hold your team accountable to execute on the measurement strategies that the organization is putting in place?  Are you comfortable working in a dynamic business environment?  Do you have experience guiding and equipping those who would design world-class sales and service training?  If that’s the case, Johnson Controls, Inc. Your challenge, if you wish to accept it, will be to act as the Manager of Sales and Technical Training.  We are in the process of seeking out a leader that will guide a team of sales and technical instructors while managing their own strategic projects as a proven Learning Professional. You will collaborate with other learning managers, program managers, technical instructors, and support staff in various locations across the globe. Your team will touch employees, distributors and customers.  You will work hand in hand with product and solutions teams, sales teams, and operations teams across the enterprise. Finally, this position will require you to come to the table prepared to effectively lead, bringing problem-solving and hard work to everything you do.
