We are currently seeking an innovative Library Trainer to join our Libraries and Education team and will be involved in delivery of training and professional services to our customers throughout Australia and New Zealand

Your skills and experience

• Prior knowledge of the Library industry, practices and Library Management software systems
• Strong background in Learning and Development, Software Training and document preparation
• Prior experience using e-learning tools and the creation of eLearning content
• Strong people engagement skills and ability to communicate confidently and effectively
• Highly motivated with a commitment to self-improvements and customer satisfaction

• Outstanding time management, prioritising, multi tasking and organisation skillsHolds a current certificate IV Training & Assessment Flexibility to travel interstate and overseas as required.

A day in the life…

Delivery and evaluation of learning services programs and will have demonstrate excellent customer service.

Installation, upgrading and configuring Civica’s software application to suit each customers business process requirements in line with best practice

Work closely with Libraries team, Project Manager, Account Manager and Product Team Leader to promote further use of our products in the customer base

Help with defining and the setup of content storyboards and creation of eLearning training videos, assessments and applied training evaluations

Meet and exceed key performance targets and objectives including but not limited to utilisation
