Essential Job Duties

• Conduct estimate, photo and documentation reviews using streamlined review process developed by Caliber
• Identify areas for GP% improvement and add to estimate as needed
• Add relevant, supporting documentation to the work file
• Communicate findings to service advisors for estimate accuracy purposes
• Report and track findings for management
• Comply with all Caliber safety rules, policy guidelines and company standards
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basis concepts of vehicle repair.
• 1-2 years related experience a plus.
• Minimal knowledge of CCC estimating preferred.
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment
• Personable, friendly demeanor with “World Class” customer service approach to internal customers
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
