About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider at Sevier Valley Hospital, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you’ll support two general surgeons with clinic visits, surgeries, and inpatient care. You’ll assist them with a range of procedures like colonoscopies, endoscopies, appendectomies, gallbladder removals, hysterectomies, and bariatric sleeve procedures. With a current clinic volume of 8–12 patients daily, there’s potential to grow the practice through APP support.

• You will practice at Sevier Valley Hospital in Richfield, Utah
• Your clinic schedule will be 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday
• You’ll provide first call responsibilities one week per month
• You’ll provide coverage for clinics and facilities in the area (Delta Community Hospital and Fillmore Community Hospital)
• This position includes relocation assistance (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Surgical or OR experience strongly preferred (RN, surgical tech background a plus)
• Open to new grad APPs with relevant prior experience
• Strong interest in rural medicine and team-based care

What you’ll bring:

• Unrestricted Utah NP or PA license
• Current Utah DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Current BLS for healthcare providers
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
