Job Description

Coffman Engineers is seeking an entry level drafter to join our team in applying drafting/design skills to a variety of diverse and challenging projects.

The successful applicant can expect their workload to include developing drawings in conformance with project specifications, client CAD standards, scope of work, design parameters, codes, and industry practices. This position provides the opportunity to work with designers and engineers of multiple disciplines to deliver complete and accurate design packages.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills Include:

• Graduation from a certified Computer Aided Design (CAD) training program or a Technical/Associates degree in engineering or related field
• Autodesk Certification preferred
• 1 or more years of professional experience in AutoCAD and/or BIM preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
