Job Description
As a Client Financial Services and Co-op Administrator you will work closely with the Finance Supervisors, members of the Co-op Team and our field offices in managing day to day financial responsibilities and deadlines on behalf of the Toyota Retail account.
Overview: The TDA Financial Services and Co-op Administrator role has a few distinctive responsibilities as well as typical Client Financial responsibilities. It includes, though is not limited to, the following:
- Oversight/review and approval of financial data including Media & Production Billing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Work in Progress (WIP) and WIP Transfers.
- Monthly detailed review of Client Expenditures to ensure agreement with client approved budgets.
- Review and approval of Production jobs.
- Review and approval of Client Billable Purchase Orders.
- PO Creation of Non-Client related Expenditures.
- Execution of monthly TDA Co-op Reimbursement deadlines and reporting.
- Daily interaction with various disciplines and field offices regarding Client Budgets, Vendor inquiries, payment receipts and client payments.
- Posting Client Billable Fees on the Media platform.

- Strong analytical abilities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Agency Finance Experience.
- Full time position with Hybrid in-office time required.
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prior experience in the Media Ocean platform is preferred.

Compensation Range: $58,500.00 - $92,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
