Purpose and Objective:
Concur Technologies, Inc. seeks a Sr. Project Consultant - Development at our Bellevue, WA location to plan, execute, and deliver technical projects/programs, ensuring successful outcomes, optimized processes, and value creation for stakeholders.
Expectations and Tasks:
The role fosters crossfunctional collaboration to achieve objectives while adhering to best practices and delivering high-quality solutions. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project/program estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Provide leadership and guidance throughout the project/program lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts and ensure successful delivery of project goals. Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies in project/program execution. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project/program outcomes and efficiency.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
- Software Security and Compliance;
- Internal and External process audits, including as ISO, SOC, FedRAMP, PCI, and ISMP;
- Program management; and
- Software tools including Jira, Github, and Confluence.
Experience must involve three (3) years in the following:
- Software development processes;
- Change management;
- IT Architecture and Systems Executive Reporting; and
- Programming and scripting in Python.
