In all our work, the wider goal of transforming systems is embedded in the choices we make, inclusive of the enabling, facilitative, and partnership-centric approaches we take within our projects and programmes.</p><p>For more information on SNV, visit our website: <a href="http://www.snv.org/">www.snv.org</a>.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>In this role you are responsible for SNV’s international mobility policy and execution as part of the Global People Team.  </p><p>The Global People team is embarking on a journey based on the new people strategy (March 2023) and in line with the 2030 organisational strategy. To become fit for purpose, the Global People Team is making changes in its structure to improve ways of working and successfully implement the new people strategy. The global team focuses on five overarching themes: talent attraction, investment in culture, manage and develop talent, reward &amp; mobility, and security, safety &amp; inclusion. The team is led by the Global Head of People and consists of 14 global and 20 local HR professionals. </p><p><strong>Your role</strong><br/> You will be working in a newly formed team that is responsible for the global framework on Reward and Mobility and you will report to the Global Reward &amp; Mobility manager. This role is new to SNV, so you will need to develop its added value and boundaries. This role combines project/policy management and delivery of a good employee experience for an end-to-end international mobility policy and process. You will be the central point of contact for all global mobility related queries.  </p><p>You will be responsible for connecting with line management, local HR and mobility/global data service providers to ensure swift processes and successful transfer to/from international placement with full compliance. </p><p>Your main responsibilities will be: </p><p>* Develop, design and implement global international mobility policy for SNV, with the aim to further team members’ international experience<br/> * Ensure seamless fit of global international mobility policy in global Reward strategy, understand it’s cost analysis and advice on optimal reward structures <br/> * Set up appropriate vendor portfolio to ensure all applicable relocation services are delivered in a timely manner <br/> * Act as trusted advisor on policy advice or/and clarify policy-related questions to line management and team members  <br/> * Coordinate with Talent Attraction team and local HR for any requirements necessary for the assignment <br/> * Coordinate the communication &amp; tasks of all relevant parties in the transfer process and initiate immigration, relocation, and tax services for SNV international mobility procedure <br/> * Ensuring compliance in line with SNV policies and procedures especially when dealing with third party vendors <br/> * Participate in audit activities, if necessary, to ensure processes meet business controls requirements   <br/> * Monitor international mobility trends to ensure SNV remains competitive in this sense </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>and required background</strong></p><p>This role requires both a design and an implementation skillset.
