RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and Lead store employees
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Create attainable sales goals and implement strategies to hit these targets
• Monitor store income and expenses
• Organize and host promotional events for the store

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail management and/or bachelor's degree
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to relocate for future growth opportunities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Passion for customer service
