Job Description

• Responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the SAP system
• Lead and manage a team of SAP professionals
• Ensuring IT processes in the SAP environment
• Ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the SAP system
• Participate in the planning and execution of SAP-related projects
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Maintaining and optimizing system performance
• Ensuring data security and integrity in the SAP system

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in managing a team of SAP professionals
• Strong background in SAP, including experience with various modules such as ERP, MM, SD, and FI/CO
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by the SAP system
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• High customer focus and service orientation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in German and English
