Job Description:

The Construction Project Manager at Ed Castro Landscape will organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization’s research, development, and product implementation efforts. The Project Manager is required to be a sound representative of company policy and procedures, drive quality control and communication with internal team and clients and collaborate with Private Gardens and Public Spaces to execute all plans. Work cooperatively with city/county planning, public works agencies and staff, neighborhood associations, developers, and others; maintain effective communication and cooperation with and among these partners.

Qualifications:

• Team and project management experience

• Knowledge of construction contracts and scheduling

• Knowledge of construction processes and procedures

• Knowledge of permitting process

• Ability to manage multiple projects both on the ground and remotely

• Desire to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to a growing organization

• BS / BA college degree in a related field and 3-5 years related Management experience and/or equivalent. The Construction Project Manager will show willingness and capability of continuing education through workshops, classes, and professional memberships.
