Job Description:

Support the customer with process analysis and recommendations. Help our customer solve problems. Work in management consulting to support our customer with analyzing the state of their as-is business processes, conduct analysis on their as-is process, and develop findings and recommendations to support them drive to greater efficiency. As needed, support customer with implementing the recommendations and change management to make the efficiencies. Use skills in client-interfacing to build trust-based customer relationships. Perform process improvement, client interfacing, strategic analysis, and creative problem solving.

Must haves:

• 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, change management, process analysis, IT strategy, IT management or analysis
• Bachelors degree

Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

 

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role  

California: $90,700 - $147,100 

Colorado: $90,700 - $127,100

New York City: $105,000 - $147,100 

Washington: $96,600 - $135,200
