Phlebotomist

Kadlec is offering a $4,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment

 

Under the general supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor, performs a variety of functions related to specimen collection, specimen processing, data entry, receiving and logging phone orders, retrieving lab results for physicians or their representatives, control and management of confidential information and documents, and report sorting and filing.  Specimen collection for blood samples will be restricted to venous or capillary access.

Shift Details: 

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Variable Shift

Full-time (temporary) , 40 hours weekly, Variable Shift

Full-time, 36 hours weekly, Variable Shift

Per diem/On-call, Variable Shift

Per diem/On-call, Day Shift

 

 

Required Qualifications: 

• H.S. Diploma or GED from an accredited educational institution. 
• Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification upon hire, Or
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire. 
• 1 year Customer service. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Coursework/Training: Completion of a formal Phlebotomy Training Program.
• Healthcare experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
