Who We’re Looking For:We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager to lead the strategic relocation of our operations to a new facility. This role is critical to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to production, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of operational workflows within a regulated medical device environment. About the Role:

Lead end-to-end project management for the transition of operations to a new building, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and post-move stabilization.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Facilities, IT, R&D, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and readiness.
Identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other applicable regulatory requirements throughout the transition.
Coordinate equipment relocation, validation, and requalification activities.
Facilitate change management and communication plans to support employee engagement and operational continuity.
Track and report project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing clear updates and actionable insights.
Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned to inform future strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Preferred PMP certified
7+ years of project management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices.
Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional projects involving facility transitions or large-scale operational changes.
Strong understanding of GMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
