Who We’re Looking For:We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager to lead the strategic relocation of our operations to a new facility. This role is critical to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to production, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of operational workflows within a regulated medical device environment. About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end project management for the transition of operations to a new building, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and post-move stabilization.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Facilities, IT, R&D, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and readiness.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other applicable regulatory requirements throughout the transition.
- Coordinate equipment relocation, validation, and requalification activities.
- Facilitate change management and communication plans to support employee engagement and operational continuity.
- Track and report project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing clear updates and actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned to inform future strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Preferred PMP certified
- 7+ years of project management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices.
- Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional projects involving facility transitions or large-scale operational changes.
- Strong understanding of GMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
