Team Lead

Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Team Leader Sales Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service to our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Fluent in both English and another language (specify language)

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $14.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
