Associate Account Manager, Germany

We’re seeking an Associate Account Manager to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.
As a member of our European Life Science Account Management team, you’ll help us standardize and improve the customer journey from marketing and sales to onboarding and successful use of our computational platform. You’ll also play a crucial role in the research of target market segments.

What you’ll do:
- Research addressable market segments for Schrödinger’s software product and service offerings, understanding their requirements and revenue potential
- Work closely with the sales and sales ops teams to help meet ambitious quarterly and annual goals
- Design targeted sales campaigns, ensuring the delivery of appropriate messaging and materials
- Contribute to an improved internal lead-to-opportunity process for a great customer journey
- Collect, collate, and analyze lead data from sales campaigns before sharing it with relevant sales team members
- Serve as a point of contact for technical issues with our customer relationship management system (Salesforce) and enforce best practices regarding data integrity
- Expand your knowledge of the industry and the competitive position of the company
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline, or equivalent background in the scientific sector
- Familiarity with CRM databases, experience with and knowledge of Salesforce
- Fluency in English and German (please indicate your level of proficiency with the German language on your application)
- At least two years of sale enablement experience preferred
