Security Guard Responsibilities:

• As a weekend security guard, you will patrol the property, securing personnel, the facility, residents, and the perimeter.
• You will investigate and take the appropriate lawful action, as directed by the company, any accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities and safety issues.
• You will communicate with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments in an effective manner.
• You will immediately respond to any situations of import, concerning safety.

Requirements

Security Guard Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• 20-hour State of Illinois security course required.
• Registered as a security officer, preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly developed de-escalation skills preferred.
