Job Role/Summary: Sales Business Analyst
The Sales Business Analyst will play an important role in corporate decision-making initiatives by advising senior sales management on improvement options in process and systems. The role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing processes to identify problems or opportunities and implementing solutions to meet those needs. Additional responsibility is for the effective management, operation/administration and future roadmap of our global CRM system. The role will also help to introduce/manage change and advise in the creation of documentation, coordination of project activities, and facilitation of communication among organizational units and function as the liaison between the IS department and Sales on all Sales Business Processes. Successful candidate will have a strong mix of technical and business acumen enabling them to design and create CRM and other sales system capabilities in line with our Sales, Marketing and Customer Support leadership vision.

• Ensures and maintains the quality guidelines, procedures, and standards are consistently followed throughout the Sales Business processes.
Responsibility & Customer-Focused:
• Proactively review and analyze global sales organization business needs, confer with users and focus groups to evaluate requirements, discuss solutions and develop plan of approach bridging the gap between IS department and Sales.
• Ability to derive insights from data analysis and communicate recommendations.
• Determine and document business requirements and processes providing training programs on new processes to drive adoption of new and changed solutions.
• Monitor and measure the benefits of both process implementation and post process implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, and improvement.
• Identify risks, issues and opportunities in sales processes and systems such as CRM, forecasting, pricing, marketing and customer support by analyzing process data and metrics.
• Identify and analyze CRM and other sales business processes to be improved.
• Proactively creates, manages and publishes dashboards, reports and workflows for use in the CRM and other sales business systems for management and customers.
• Use analytics to assess processes by analyzing operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain and update all the process related reports for reference purposes.
• Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness.

Education, Experience, Training, Certifications and Licenses:
Degree or equivalent experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Information Systems or related field of interest
• Experience with enterprise CRM applications, Oracle Sales Cloud preferred
Years of experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM role and data analysis experience
Training in:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, JD Edwards software experience preferred
Licenses in:
• As required.
Certifications in:
• As required.
Other requirements:
• Must successfully pass any pre-screening test(s).
