Neurointerventional Surgery Advanced Practice

Job Summary

Sarasota Memorial First Physicians Group has an excellent opportunity for a Physician Assistant to join a busy Neurointerventional Surgery Practice located on Sarasota Memorial Hospital Campus.

Position Highlights:

• Join a team of two Neuroendovascular surgeons as part of a larger Neurology group.
• Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm schedule.
• Inpatient rounding on post-operative patients.
• Outpatient clinics comprised of independent and shared patient visits.
• Dedicated time for documentation, care coordination, and task follow-up.
• Responsible for initial evaluation, review patient history and imaging, assist with counseling and treatment planning in direct collaboration with neurointerventional physicians.

Requirements:

• Current NCCPA Certification.
• Active or eligible for licensure by the State of Florida.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Experience welcomed but willing to train.
