Clerical Assistant - Rehab Aide Float at Providence - Full-Time, Day Schedule

Our full-time benefited float clerical assistant position is Mon-Fri and serves our clinics on the west side of the Portland Metro Area from Hillsboro at our Reeds Crossing clinic, to our St. Vincent location, down to our Wilsonville clinic. This position will also serve our continuing education program with occasional hours on nights and weekends but scheduled in advance.

The clerical assistant is a patient-facing position that provides scheduling and support to the front desk and clinic.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED - General Studies
• 1 year experience in a customer service-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• AHA HeartSaver certification or AHA BLS certification (for some Rehab clinic locations) upon hire.
• Experience in medical environment, Or 
• Rehab field, Or
• Working with medical terminology
• 1 year experience utilizing MS Office Suite or other Windows-based software programs
• Experience with computerized patient scheduling programs
• Experience with EPIC
