About the Role

Locations: Greater New York City Area (5 Boroughs) (New York, NY)

The Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for building and developing the HR function, reporting directly to the Head of HR, and closely collaborating with the leadership team to drive key strategic initiatives that align with the organizational mission, values, and vision.

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field required
• Over 15 years' experience in both a clinical and non-clinical leadership role required
• Solid leadership skills and solid experience in HR management required
• Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication ckills required
