As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Incident Reporting in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a government location. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at government-related facilities by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or public service personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, damaged property, or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and maintain required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
