Physical Therapist

Shadelands Post Acute Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. Our facility focuses on delivering the highest quality care to our patients, with a current patient base that includes 59 Medicare patients and no long-term care residents.

As a member of our rehab team, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment where we strive for excellence in patient care. Our team of therapists is highly supportive of one another, and we believe in working together to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Provide comprehensive therapeutic care to patients based on their individual needs.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

• Ensure high standards of patient care, focusing on short-term rehabilitation for Medicare patients.

Qualifications:

• Active physical therapist license
