About the Team:
The Sales Team at Bluberi is a high-performing group responsible for driving revenue by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. Working closely with teams across operations support, legal, finance, marketing, and revenue operations, we focus on transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Summary:
As an Account Executive I, you will be responsible for driving sales within the Iowa, Nebraska, North & South Dakota and the Chicago Illinois area focusing on building relationships and expanding market presence. Your role will involve engaging with clients, managing Bluberi game performance, and presenting tailored solutions.
Essential Functions:
- Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Sales Strategy: Execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the central region.
- Product Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of Bluberi products as well as industry insight and trends.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience and support sales initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years' experience within or outside of gaming.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Microsoft Products.
- Travel: Job will require 3 to 4 days of travel per week with frequent overnight stays. Must currently reside either in the Oklahoma, Nebraska or Kansas area.
