Job Description

The Sales Director Neuroscience is a key commercial leader accountable for driving the strategic and operational excellence of Jazz’s Neuroscience franchise in Germany. Reporting to the Business Unit Director Neuroscience, these individual leads, develops, and inspires a high-performing sales organization to deliver sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

This person will define and execute the German sales strategy, drive commercial excellence, and ensure alignment with European and global business objectives. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic vision, leadership acumen, cross-functional influence, and hands-on execution within a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
