 Northern One Hour Heating & Ben Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky Electric is a locally owned and operated national franchise located in the Ramsey/Anoka area We have been servicing the Minneapolis and North Metro area since 1990. We specialize in HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical residential service, maintenance and installation, and due to continued growth and expansion we are in need of an additional dispatchers. 

Manages the Dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, service clients and generating revenue!

Please note that this position is full time Monday - Friday. We have 3 shifts available 
6:30am - 3:00pm 
7:00am- 3:30pm
10:30-7:00pm 


Responsibilities

• Maintains the service technician's schedules and dispatches technicians as service calls are completed
• Scheduled technicians return trips with customer to complete jobs after parts arrive 
• Must be Detail Oriented and have the ability to Multitask
• Maintain on-call schedule for service technicians as after hours service procedures 
• Dispatch for Profits - Best technician for the job 

Requirements

• 2-3 Years of HVAC/Plumbing & Electrical Customer Service/Dispatch Experience Desired
• Flexible to work overtime in heavy demand season 
• A strong understanding of the Twin Cities Marketplace Helpful
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Understands the importance and balance of teamwork and working effectively with our internal/external customers
• Ability to provide a up beat positive demeanor with the technicians for their success 
• Good written and verbal skills
• Good computer skills needed- Service Titan Experience helpful! 
• Positive Attitude and team player a MUST!
