Senior Salesforce Administrator

Join us and: 

• Support over 300 OANDA Salesforce users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues, and supporting escalated administrative needs of users.
• Work closely with implementation partners to deploy new Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects including, but not limited to Einstein Analytics, Communities, Knowledge Base, and Customer Portals in US region.
• Be on a team that’s responsible for company-wide top priority projects.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce Team!

How do we work?:

• ​We are responsible for platform configuration, integration and customization on complex, integrated projects.
• We are international team with global exposure (working hours: 9am - 5pm CET)
• We work closely with Customer Relationship Management and Customer Experience team.
• We deploy day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the Salesforce platform for both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

We'd love to meet you in the office (Cracow, Zabłocie) 4 times per month with respect to your own commitments.

In this role you will:

• Work as part of an agile team, striving for continuous integration, automated testing, and code reviews, leveraging Salesforce DX and development / DevOps best practices.
• Review and optimize the implementation of Sales, Service, and Marketing processes in Salesforce related to Campaign Management, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, and Case Management.
• Configure, develop, test and deploy Salesforce projects for our customer onboarding process to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage user, to ensure that appropriate permissions management through the configuration of profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Support our Salesforce developers, BI team, and software developers in accessing, understanding, and integrating with our Salesforce data model.
• Evaluate, install, and manage Salesforce integrations and applications.
• Manage our data model by creating custom objects, page layout and record types. Perform Bulk or API data loading using Apex Data Loader, Import Wizard, Dataloader.io and Mass Delete.
• Manage Service Cloud console, Web to Case, Web to Lead, and Email to Case.
• Build custom email templates using merge fields.
• Analyse and create reports and dashboard for users.
• Work with declarative features like approval processes, escalation rules and assignment rules for complex business process automation.

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Advanced experience as Salesforce Administrator - automatization, security model, flows
• Experience with Bit Bucket (Jira and Confluence), including deployments
• Capable of managing multiple projects and consistently meeting deadlines
• Proactive and can do attitude
• Effective and transparent communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team - accountability

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Administrator Certification.
• Other Salesforce certifications an asset.
