Job Description

The Bilingual Financial Center Leader (FCL) is responsible for all aspects of branch performance.  Builds a high-performing team through the attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of team members.  Drives revenue through community involvement, business development activities, and customer loyalty through needs-based consultative interactions that help clients achieve financial well-being. Creates a differentiated client experience, making banking safe and easy in a multi-channel environment.  Collaborates with a broad range of business line partners.  

 

During your first nine weeks of employment, you will participate in a comprehensive training program. Please note that the training schedule may differ from your regular work schedule, and you may be required to train at a different location before being permanently assigned to a branch.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You’ll promote staff development through the effective use of skill builds, one-on-one coaching, observational coaching, team meetings, and other key behavioral protocols. Ensuring a documented career plan is in place for all teammates.
• You will be working closely on Business Banking clients and handle responsibility for that book of business within your Branch.
• You’ll lead, plan, and execute the daily activities of team members to drive revenue and customer loyalty through observation and consultative client interactions.
• You’ll help our clients reach their financial goals by solving unique, sometimes complex problems.
• You’ll assess and effectively manage all of the operational risks associated with the business objectives.
• You’ll develop and strengthen partner relationships inside and outside of the bank to grow business development.
• You’ll collaborate with your peers throughout our footprint, providing best practices, strategic planning, leading project committees, and networking.  

• You’ll represent BOK Financial and the brand in the community in one or more active community development or service programs to further enhance its image and to develop additional business.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a ­­­­­­­­­­­­­Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field of study and 3-5 years of directly related experience in management/supervisory capacity or 5-7 years of equivalent combination of education and experience.

Candidate must meet minimum language requirements in designated second language.

• Ability to motivate teammates through in-person and virtual coaching methods, while prov
