<h2> General information </h2> <h3> Reference </h3> 2025-1121   <h2>Position description</h2><h3> Job title </h3><p id="fldjobdescription_jobtitle">(Senior) Privacy Consultant</p><h3> Function </h3><p id="fldjobdescription_primaryprofile">Advisory - Senior Advisor</p><h3> Roles &amp; Responsibilities </h3> <p><ul><li>Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' data privacy and protection strategies in both public and private sectors.</li><li>Assess clients' data governance processes, risk management, controls, and compliance against best practices and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Work with client leadership to develop data privacy strategies that are in line with changing regulations and business requirements.</li><li>Implement and support sustainable data privacy solutions, focusing on data mapping, risk assessment, and compliance management.</li><li>Collaborate closely with client executives and technical teams to lead strategic shifts in data protection, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Identify potential data privacy risks, offer mitigation solutions, and effectively communicate with client stakeholders.</li><li>Help clients develop and refine data protection policies, processes, and procedures.</li><li>Evaluate and improve incident response strategies for data breaches.</li></ul><p>#LI-DNI</p></p> <h3> Location </h3><p id="fldjobdescription_customcodetablevalue1">Antwerp</p><h3> Skills &amp; Qualifications </h3> <p><ul><li>Minimum of three years of experience in data privacy and protection.</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in law, computer science or business management.
