Groundskeeper 1

• Entry Level position to employees new to the Golden Ocala with no golf course experience
• Ability / Willingness to learn new tasks and operate different types of equipment as required 
• Expected to operate all equipment at a high level once trained 
• Ability to provide the extra level of detail / cleanliness from the shop area to the golf course 
• Passion for continuous learning 

Groundskeeper 2

• Should have experience as a laborer with appropriate grasp of golf course conditions and standards.
• Basic knowledge of equipment used on golf courses and for golf course maintenance.
• This is an ideal position for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude who thrives in a culture that encourages individuals to make decisions independently and learn how to use their time productively. 
• Must have a TEAM mentality. Must be self-motivated, lead by example, and have a strong attention to detail. 
• Passion for continuous learning

• The candidate should contain all of the skills and knowledge required to do almost every task on the golf course.

Pay Scale

Groundskeeper 1 - $ 17.00 /hour to start then $18.00 /hour after 90 days

Groundskeeper 2 - $19.00 /hour
