Here, you will be welcomed by an ambitious and dedicated team, who owns the Group strategy, drives top priority projects, and assists senior management with various analyses.</p><p>Stepping into this very independent role, you will get the chance to drive your own projects. Doing so, you will strengthen your project management skills and put your ability to motivate others and drive change to good use as you interact with stakeholders across our organisation.</p><p></p><p>More specifically, you can look forward to:</p><ul><li>Conducting market and competitor research</li><li>Developing various strategic analyses</li><li>Creating models and frameworks to guide senior management decisions</li><li>Driving the strategy process as well as tracking and reporting progress on the Group strategy</li><li>Preparing meeting materials for the Board and senior management</li></ul><p></p><p>Moreover, you can look forward to engaging collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.</p><p>We cannot lie: You will have a steep learning curve ahead of you – luckily, we also guarantee that you will receive lots of feedback from your manager, who is always available for you to bounce ideas off.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>This is what you offer</b></p><p>To succeed, you will need to be curious, proactive and have a strong drive.
