• Paid Time-Off Freedom Forever is currently hiring a Production Manager for our Canton, Michigan Office! The Production Manager plays a critical role in leading the installation team at our Michigan branch. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, overseeing solar project installations, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage installation teams including Crew Leads, Roof Leads, and Installers.
Plan and coordinate PV solar system installations to meet codes and company standards.
Ensure safety protocols and training are consistently followed.
Monitor subcontractor work and ensure adherence to specifications and budgets.
Collaborate with Branch Coordinator, Project Manager, and Field Manager.
Provide technical support and remote site assessments.
Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
Maintain high standards of customer service and escalate concerns as needed.
Manage warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education & Certifications:
High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years in solar or construction project management.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Ability to read job orders and interpret specifications.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
Capable of handling tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
