MISSIONS
- Leads paint equipment projects (greenfield and brownfield) from project specifications till commissioning and handover to the plant in respect of performance, quality, cost, timing constraints.
- Coordinates activity and responsibility between plant, suppliers and paint department
- Supervises works site activity in coordination with the plant
- Deploys existing industrial standards and participates in new standards definition
- Supports and advises plants in the different technical fields related to paint line: trouble shooting analysis, definition of a technical solution, expertise on specific issue…

- 100% conformity to HSE policy required: Risks Assessments, CE marking, Emissions reports, Safety tests, …

- Standards, Specifications, Commissioning documentation package
- Equipment performance
ACTIVITIES
- Respects and follow safety rules (Plants, business trip, Personal Protective Equipment)
- Leads brownfield and greenfield project:
- Builds the contractual specifications for the new equipment in accordance with Paint standard and other fields (IT, HSE, Building,..)
- Coordinates all paint line project contributors during the project phase as technical leader
- Analyses suppliers’ offers (technical and economic aspects) to support supplier selection process
- Manages the supplier during the engineering and construction phase ensuring quality, cost, timing, and technical choices are in line with specifications
- Follows up project progress (including snag list, PDCA, performances convergence, planning, documentation,…) and ensure project reporting
- Prepares the different equipment acceptance milestones together with paint team, plant team and paint line supplier and checks conformity with expected performance levels
- Prepares and summarizes lessons learned at the end of each project, Proposes standards and best practices improvements
- Supports the plant for paint equipment optimization or problem solving (on topics required by the plant or directly proposed by him/herself)
- Leads training sessions and may design training courses
- Participates in projects led by R&I
- Participates to paint assessments
- Leads “Métier” projects, or contribute to “Métier” projects
- Is able to manage benchmark (innovation, new supplier,…)
- Defines roadmap to deploy a new technology (trials, validation, reporting, ROI, deployment, lessons learned…)
