Field Service Technician

In this role at Kirby Risk, you will collect customers’ machine data for predictive maintenance analysis and reporting, and perform electro-mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and on-site repair. Some specific duties include vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, laser alignment, infrared thermography, and variable frequency drive start-up. Our experienced technicians provide on-the-job training.
Basic criteria for this role:
• College-level coursework, Trade or Technical school certification, or equivalent work experience
• Mechanical and/or Electrical experience is recommended
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• A strong desire to continually learn predictive maintenance techniques
Our technicians are among the most skilled in testing, troubleshooting, inspecting, and repairing electrical and mechanical apparatus.
