Let's talk salary. The annual salary range for this position is $95,000 and goes up to $100,000, based on what we are asking you to do, and your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits have an estimated value of $21,000 annually. Still not convinced? Allow us to elaborate. For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Project Management Team Manager. This exciting position is responsible for providing analytical expertise and oversight for various projects. This position will work closely with the lead analyst, directors, and department managers to ensure project alignment with contract requirements. Must have a strong financial background. The PM Team Manager is also responsible for developing, managing, and executing all PMO processes and training junior analysts to ensure adherence to processes.

We need a ‘go-getter’ individual with strategic thinking capabilities that’s not afraid to break the norm. This person must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project landscapes. They should be able to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices is essential to drive project execution and align with our company's standards and objectives.

What does this mean for you? You have a proven track record of leading a PMO team in a complex organization for at least 3-5 years. Your strong leadership and people management skills will be put to great use as you shine with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, we are beholden to some requirements. The ideal candidate would already possess an active DoD Secret level clearance and PMP CERTIFICATION from PMI. Don’t let it stop you from applying; we’re willing to work with the right candidate to obtain.
