ELS is hiring for the position of Restaurant Expeditor in Marblehead, Ohio.

Bay Point Resort and Marina is seeking a detail-oriented and fast-moving Expediter to join our dynamic kitchen team. As an Expediter, you'll be the final checkpoint between the kitchen and the guest — ensuring food is accurate, beautifully presented, and sent out in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the flow of food from kitchen to service
• Ensure plate accuracy and presentation
• Communicate clearly with line cooks and service staff
• Maintain a clean and organized pass-through station

Experience and skills you need:

• 1+ years' experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
• Excellent communication skills
• You enjoy being a team player
• Ability to lift 15-30 pounds, and exert fast-paced mobility between the dining room and kitchen for periods of up to 8 hours in length
• Must be at least 18 years old
