Accounting Internship / Italian Schools

The intern will work alongside the Tutor with the objective of providing support to the administrative office, particularly in the management of active and passive cycle.

In detail he/she will support the Finance Manager in the following activities:

• Support in activities related to the passive cycle
• Check and record faculty and supplier invoices
• Check and account for employee expense reports
• Support in active invoicing
• Reconcile payments of students enrolled in the new academic year
• Control and monitor enrolled situations
• Support in credit recovery activity
• Support in bank, cash, and general ledger reconciliation activities

Learning

The experience will enable the intern to gain a good understanding of general accounting in the business environment with the goal of:

• Address issues characteristic of a company's asset cycle
• Support in the activities of the passive cycle
• Use the dedicated SAP operating system

Education and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in economics or a Diploma in accounting
• Strong accuracy skills
• Ability to sustain activities with a good level of concentration even at times of higher intensity
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of office package (good knowledge of excel)
