About the role

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Full Time Monday to Friday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm UT, Mountain Time includes 1 hour unpaid break 8 hours per day - 40 hours per week About the Client: We are a leading digital marketing agency with over a decade of experience. Our team specializes in developing personalized digital marketing strategies that help businesses grow and succeed across all industries. Responsibilities:

Create & edit posts, reels, and short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
Develop content ideas, schedule posts, and optimize timing for maximum engagement
Maintain content calendar and monitor performance metrics
Edit raw footage into branded, platform‑ready formats
Write captions, select visuals, and ensure consistent brand voice
Analyze analytics (followers, reach, engagement) and refine strategy
Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes

Requirements

Submit a portfolio showcasing previous editing and campaign work
Experience in video editing and social media marketing
Comfortable managing the entire content pipeline — from ideation to execution
Proven experience in editing social media videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
Strong background in social media marketing and strategy
Deep familiarity with content styles across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Creative and analytical mindset — able to generate ideas and optimize content performance
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
A portfolio of past social media work is required
