Job Description

 

Job Title:                      Part Time Warehouse Associate

Department:                 Warehouse

Reports to:                   Shift Coordinator

 

 

 

SUMMARY

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work safe and follow all safety rules and rules of conduct.
• Maintain good housekeeping in all areas of the Plant.

• Rework and rewrap finished good inventory to ensure products are made to specifications.
• Ability to complete inventory specs and qualifications
• Complete general house keeping
• Complete bagging of units on a ladder

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The employee should hold the following abilities:

• Ability to accomplish all of the above without direct supervision.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

The employee should have the following:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

 

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

The employee should possess the ability to:

• Ability to routinely lift up to 55 lbs. over their head without assistance.
• Work up to 8 or 12+ hours in hot/cold manufacturing environment.
• Ability to climb up and down on a ladder
• Walk/stand on concrete floor continuously for 8 to 12 hours.
• Safeguard self with Personal protective Equipment (PPE) - steel-toed shoes, eye protection (glasses, goggles, and/or facemask) hearing protection and long sleeved shirt (with shirt tail tucked in) as necessary for tasks.

• Use cleaning equipment or tools as necessary for housekeeping duties in accordance with all safety rules.
